SUPPORTING YOU
IS WHAT WE ALWAYS STRIVE FOR.

Parents, Family and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) meetings are for persons who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or questioning (LGBTQ's) and their family and friends; LGBTQ straight allies and all who support PFLAG's vision.

PFLAG's vision is to envision a world where diversity is celebrated and all people are respected, valued, and affirmed inclusive of their sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.

As always, PFLAG Yuma support meetings offer peer support groups (not therapy), education, and advocacy training to all who share PFLAG's vision.  We offer family/individual resources, and other materials designed to educate and support LGBTQ persons and their supporters.   Meetings are an opportunity to dialog and network with others.  We engage in post-meeting snacks and fellowship. Please bring snacks and drinks to share if you wish.

Youth (under 18 years of age) are welcome.  Youth are encouraged to bring their parent(s) or guardian(s) with them.

PFLAG Yuma's gatherings are conducted in a safe zone atmosphere (no judging others; no disrespecting others).  You are safe here.

PFLAG is not affiliated with any religious or political organization.  We are politically and religiously neutral and impartial.
